I founded Progressions, LLC out of my desire to own a consulting company specializing in sales, service and leadership training for financial institutions. I have over 25 years of experience in the Financial Industry in both the United States and Canada.
My goal is to share the wisdom and inside secrets I've discovered in over 25 years of sales and service training to help you get profound results. And here's your first inside secret... it's really much easier than you might think.
My thorough knowledge of the industry helps me to create a personal rapport with my participants, as they know "she's been there!" I work with banks, credit unions, and other organizations to create a more proactive sales culture. My focus is on teaching new behaviors and skill sets through ongoing coaching and mentoring, and essentially "walking them through change."
